Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship all orders via USPS or UPS from our facility in San Angelo, Texas. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days via standard shipping.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We only ship within the United States at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey to your door.
Shipping Address

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
